- This category is for consumer credit cards, including rewards cards
- Discounted rate with a smaller per-item fee for transactions less than $15
- Only the following kinds of businesses can qualify for small ticket: Local commuter Transport, Taxicabs and Limousines, Bus Lines. Tolls and Bridge Fees, Restaurants, Newsstands, Laundries, Dry Cleaners, Copy shops (like Kinkos), Car Washes, Parking Lots and Garages, Movie Theaters and Videotape Rental Stores
- Cardholder must be present and the card must be swiped and authorized at time of purchase
- Customer signature is not required
- Must clear within 2 days
- Purchase date must be within 1 day of authorization date
