- This category is for visa consumer (non-rewards, non-business) cards
- For internet merchants this is the best rate available for this card type
- For in-person merchants this is the second best rate available for this card type
- Address verification (AVS) must be attempted
- Must be settled within 2 days
- Authorization date and transaction date must be within 7 days of each other
- Electronic authorization must include an order number
